Yes. Write them together, as in Priya & Tom, and the song will be about the two of them rather than about one of them with the other mentioned.
Is this something to play at the reception?
It can be. You get the video and an MP3 to keep, so it works as a toast, a slideshow backing or a surprise between speeches.
How much do I need to tell you?
A few sentences is plenty. How they met, who proposed and how badly it went, what everyone says about them — that is what the song is built from.
